With over four decades of combined experience in higher education and real estate education, Jan is a dedicated professional committed to student success, educational leadership, and professional development. For 20 years, Jan served in Student Services at William Paterson University in New Jersey, where she played a vital role in supporting students’ academic journeys. 

Her work helped enhance student engagement, retention, and graduation outcomes across diverse programs. Jan’s deep understanding of academic systems, advising, and student support gave her a strong foundation in educational operations and personalized service. Building on that expertise, Jan now serves as Site Director at the Ed Klopfer Schools of Real Estate, a well-respected institution in Florida's real estate education sector. 

In a role she’s held for 22 years, Jan oversees the administration and student services of one of the region’s busiest training locations, assisting thousands of aspiring agents and brokers through licensure preparation, continuing education, and professional advancement. Known for organizational excellence, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to student outcomes, Jan has helped shape the careers of countless real estate professionals. Bringing together academic insight and practical industry training, Jan continues to empower learners through her deep belief in lifelong learning.
